In a  recent worker’s compensation study done in Utah they compared the cost of medical care to chiropractic care for similar back injury claims. The study included over 3100 cases. the findings showed that the chiropractic care was significantly less (30%) in total costs than medical care. And the patients that were under chiropractic care returned to work faster then those under medical care.
